Right of Way Permit Fees
The Right of Way Permit is required by any person or group intending to enter upon or occupy any Right-of-Way for the purpose of installing, constructing, maintaining, or operating a Telecommunications System. Any person maintaining or operating a Telecommunications System must also obtain a Right-of-Way Permit.
