Berkheimer will be at the Township Building from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 24 to provide assistance to any resident that may need help with their real estate tax payment.
In order to receive the 2 percent discount on current Montgomery County and Whitemarsh real estate taxes, payment must be made by April 30. If paying by mail, the payment must be postmarked by midnight on April 30.
Montgomery County and Township taxes that are paid after June 30 are subject to a 10 percent penalty.
