Summer Camps
The Whitemarsh Township Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of summer camp options, each year. From 1-week "Specialty Camps" - like Soccer Camp or Theater Camp - to l full-day, 9-week "Traditional" summer camps, there's something for everyone!
"TRADITIONAL" 9-WEEK SUMMER CAMPS
The Whitemarsh Township Parks & Recreation Department offers 2 "Traditional" 9-Week Summer Camp options for children ages 3 through 14, each year: Cedar Grove Camp for children ages 3-6, and Miles Park Camp for ages 6-14. These camps are available to Whitemarsh Township Residents and Non-Residents, alike. Registration for these camps is a la carte, so you're able to register for a single week, a handful of specific weeks, or even all 9 weeks!

| Cedar Grove Camp provides a fun, safe, and structured environment, specifically designed for our youngest campers! Cedar Grove Camp’s structure creates a safe & welcoming environment, even for our campers with limited-to-no experience in independent social settings, such as pre-schools or day-cares. Cedar Grove Camp is a licensed Child Care Facility through the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and Office of Child Development and Early Learning. Campers spend their days participating in traditional camp activities such as arts and crafts, sports, special events and more! Campers are never forced to do activities that they are not comfortable doing, there is always the option of free play on the playground. | Before & After Care "Gecko Club" |
| Extended care options are available at Cedar Grove & Miles Park summer camps, for an additional fee. The Before & After Care program, also known as Gecko Club, provides extended, on-site childcare options for participants enrolled at either camp. Gecko Club is offered from 7:00am-9:00am before to the start of camp each day, and 4:00pm-6:00pm after. Daily & Weekly registration options are available. SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Deferred Payment Plan
Whitemarsh Township offers an optional Deferred Payment Plan for summer camp registrations. The Deferred Payment Plan allows you to split your entire summer camp balance into monthly payments, at the time of your registration. A down payment of 10% of your total balance is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance is split into equal monthly payments, with the last payment due no later than August 1st. There is a one-time $25.00 administrative fee to start a payment plan.
